Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Honest Cove collects and uses your information when you use our Services or interact with us (whether you're one person or many). "Services" means our websites at honestcove.com (the "Sites") and the Honest Cove mobile app (the "App"). We're also called the "Company," and you'll see us refer to ourselves as "we," "us," and "our" throughout this policy. This applies to information we collect, use, disclose, and store about you: On our Services. Through email, text, and other messages between you and us. READ THIS CAREFULLY. If you don't agree with what's in here, don't use the Site.

CHILDREN

Some of our Services work for kids under 13, some don't. When we do collect information from kids, we follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We generally don't ask anyone under 13 to give us personally identifying information like their name, email, phone number, birthdate, or address. People 13 and older might need to share this kind of information to use certain features. Think signing up for our newsletter, using a contact form, making a purchase, or subscribing to the app. Those sections have age gates to keep younger kids out. We take privacy seriously when it comes to children. The Company doesn't knowingly collect or use personally identifying information from anyone under 13 unless COPPA allows it. If we find out we've collected that kind of information from someone under 13 without knowing it, we'll try to notify their parent and delete everything about that child. We'll also stop collecting anything else from them.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information Collected Automatically. Using our Services means we collect some information on our own. It helps us see how things are working and make them better. We don't use this to figure out who you are. What we collect includes device details, IP address, MAC address, device identifiers, software platform, firmware, mobile carrier, internet service provider, search terms you use, which pages you visit, how long you're on the site, location data, and other stuff that helps us run things smoothly. This happens for everyone, including kids under 13. Information We Ask For. Some parts of our Services need you to share details. For example: Contact customer support and we need your name and email. Subscribe to the newsletter—that's name, email, birthdate, and country. Enter an online contest and we might ask for name, email, and birthdate. Register for an account—name, address, email, password, and billing address. Make a purchase and we get your name and billing address. We don't collect payment information like credit card numbers. Shopify and Cleeng handle all orders, subscriptions, and transactions. They have their own terms and privacy policies that we don't control. Check their stuff before you buy anything through us.
